Saskatchewan's 1.11 Divisor and the March 2017 Line
Saskatchewan combines 5% GST with 6% PST for a 11% headline rate, so a current taxable receipt reverses at 1.11. A $111.00 total is $100.00 of goods carrying $5.00 of GST and $6.00 of PST — and as in every PST province, only the GST slice comes back through input tax credits.
The historical divisor to know is 1.1. Saskatchewan raised its PST from 5% to 6% on March 23, 2017; receipts predating that reverse at the lower figure. The same 2017 legislative round extended PST to restaurant meals and snack foods, which is the detail that most often surprises people reversing Saskatchewan hospitality receipts: unlike British Columbia, where a restaurant tab carries GST alone, a Saskatchewan meal carries the full 11% and divides by 1.11.
